These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services provided by Ginger Initiative (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Services We Offer

Ginger Initiative provides a wide range of digital marketing services, including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Social Media Marketing

• Paid Advertising (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

• Content Marketing

• Web Design & Development

• Email Marketing

• SEO Audit

• Digital Product Sales (e.g., templates, audits, courses)

Our services are offered in three formats:

• Monthly retainers (ongoing partnership)

• Project-based engagements (fixed-scope)

• One-time services, such as SEO audits or consultations

Each engagement is governed by a custom agreement outlining the deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information

• Respond to communication in a timely manner

• Make payments as agreed in your service contract

• Refrain from requesting unethical SEO or marketing tactics (e.g., black-hat methods)

Payment Terms

• All fees are agreed upon before the start of any project or monthly retainer.

• Invoices must be paid in full and on time, as outlined in your proposal or agreement.

• Payments for digital services are non-transferable.

• Clients based in the United Kingdom will be billed and must pay in British Pounds Sterling (GBP £).

• Clients outside the UK will be billed and must pay in United States Dollars (USD $).

• All invoices will clearly state the applicable currency and amount due.

• Any applicable currency conversion fees or international transaction charges are the responsibility of the client.

Payment Security

At Ginger Initiative, we prioritize the security of your payment information. We comply with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to ensure that all transactions are secure and your sensitive data is protected.

• All payment transactions on our website are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways, including Stripe.

• Our website uses HTTPS encryption to ensure that your data is securely transmitted.

• Your payment information (including credit card details) is never stored by us directly.

• We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard against fraud, unauthorized access, and data breaches.

• Any personal or payment details you share with us are securely handled in accordance with PCI compliance standards.

By making a payment, you acknowledge that you understand the payment security measures we have in place and that you agree to share your payment information with our trusted payment processors.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital marketing and service-based work, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

Refund Clause:
If a client discontinues the service(monthly retainer or Project-based engagements ) before completing 6 full months, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. This applies to all retainer-based and Project-based service agreements.

Refunds will only be considered if Ginger Initiative fails to initiate work within 30 days of full payment (excluding agreed delays).

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All strategies, content, reports, designs, and code created by Ginger Initiative remain the intellectual property of Ginger Initiative until full payment is received.

• Upon full payment, final deliverables may be transferred to the client.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate a project or service relationship at any time if:

• A client violates these Terms

• There is a breakdown in communication

• There is non-payment or repeated late payments

In such cases, no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services. While we strive to achieve the best possible results, we do not guarantee rankings, revenue, or business outcomes.

Changes to Terms

Ginger Initiative may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising from or related to our services.
