Refund Policy

At Ginger Initiative, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services, with a strong focus on SEO, including audits, keyword research, strategy development, and other custom packages.

Due to the nature of digital marketing and service-based work, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced.

General Refund Clause

• For retainer-based or project-based services, no refund will be issued if a client discontinues the service before completing six (6) full months. This applies to all ongoing SEO services and long-term engagements.

• For one-time packages (such as SEO audits, keyword research, or any promotional offer), once the work is delivered, it is non-refundable.

• If a money-back guarantee is explicitly stated in any of our promotional campaigns, packages, or service terms, a refund will be honored only under those stated conditions.

Failure to Initiate Work

Refunds will only be considered if Ginger Initiative fails to begin work within 30 days of full payment, excluding any delays that were agreed upon in writing.
